 Good morning, dear students!

The topic of our lesson is Music, Pop Styles.

Answer the questions:

1) What music styles do you like most of all?

2) What do you like more: opera, ballet, folk, pop, hip-hop, rock'n'roll or heavy metal?

3) What music do you prefer listening to when you are sad?

4) What music do you like listening to when you are in  good mood?

Watch a video, repeat different styles of music and try to do some exercises while watching this video

Exercise 4a) page 93- read about different styles of popular music

Fill in the table

Homework: exercise 4b) page 94- answer the questions and write down your answers into your copy books.

 Hello everyone! Today you have the last English lesson this school year. We are going to talk about your summer holidays and the ways how to spend them the best. Well, I guess there exists a great number of different ways of spending summer holidays... But each person has his own preferences, so everyone likes the only way. I think that there are two ways of spending your holidays - active and passive. The passive way means staying in the sun, for example, and enjoying doing nothing, and the active - quite opposite: going boating or hiking, trying yourself in different kinds of water sports...
