Good morning, pupils!
How are you today? I hope you are fine.
So, let's start our lesson. Firstly, look at the photos and say what you
know about these animals? What is similar about them?
These animals are extincting. The ecologist call
them endangered species. So, the topic of our discussion is endangered species.
According to The Free Dictionary the explanation of this word combination is: Endangered
species - a species whose numbers are so small that the species is at risk
of extinction.

The Extinction of Carolina Parakeet
The Carolina parakeet was the only 1_________ parrot in North America. It was a 2_____________ bird with a yellow head,
